Richie was directly imported from England from the world famous KBT kennel "Torum", bred by Ron and Carol Ramsey out of the repeated mating of Ch. Torum's Tande Bayou and Dasumianco Shockwave - both of the parents are owned by the breeders.
Ch. Torum's Tande Bayou is a younger litter brother of the legendary Champion Torm's Scarf Michael, who himself has made history winning Best Terrier at Crafts twice and last year going on to win the Res.BIS at this most famous and most prestigious show in the world!
Dasumianco Shockwave is a daughter of Torum's Scarf Michael and Ch. Woodsown Sherrymor Lass who was 1998 Cruft's BOS and England's 1998 Top Terrier. Shockwave is a litter sister of Dasumianco the Artist at Torum's - another famous kerry born out of Torum's-Dasumianco breeding, who was exported to Scandinavia and finally found his home in Canada.
Thus Richie has in his pedigree a concentration of bloodlines which produced such great Champions as Torum's Scarf Michael, Torum's Storming Norman, Torum's Tande Bayou.
Out of the same combination comes Torum's latest Champion - Torum's Ready to Rumble who at 2,5 years of age is already an English Champion, a BIS and BIG Winner at many prestigious Championship Shows.
Richie has done very well in the first few months of showing and now has to to his credit the titles of the Junior Russian KBT Club Champion, Junior Russian Champion and European Junior Winner, Bratislava 2003!
